Creative Consultant, Catherine Bianca, began Process Process Process LLC in 2020, after designing a PPP loans CX map during COVID-19 while working part-time as a Relationship Banker at Mascoma Bank.

She is a certified Facilitator, Communications Designer and UX Strategist, aligning community goals with citizens, institutions, the natural environment and collective space. She spends her time by drawing ecosystems, facilitating humanity-centered design sessions, designing service design strategies, behavior change frameworks and reading on UX research. Catherine Bianca designs with interactive design approaches in the fields of brand architecture and kids sensory development. She lives and co-designs in Burlington, Vermont, USA and volunteers her mind and spirit at Life -Centered Design School.
